I was in Montenegro last summer. The water is pure, just a fairy tale! I also dived, but there is no such beauty as in Egypt. Full of sea urchins. I hardly saw any fish. But you can dive. In Budva there is Mogren beach. Near it are very beautiful rocks. It's great to dive there! In general, I really liked Montenegro. Have a nice rest!
