buying a tour is really easier, and sometimes not more expensive than an independent trip, especially to countries like Montenegro, here I completely agree with the previous opinion. Simply, IMHO, when you find housing on the spot, you see what you pay for. Maybe it's really worth taking the cheapest tour for the flight. If you don't like it, find somewhere else to live.

Today, the owners of the apartments began to respond to my requests. Not bad 3-room apartments (with 2 separate bedrooms) + living room + kitchen + balcony. From the beach 150-300m, parking, internet. 45-50 euros for the end of August-beginning of September. These are "optimal" - both cheap and high-quality, but with drawbacks (for example, 4th floor or on a hill or the views are not so hot). There are prettier and with cool views already for 70. They consider this to be 5-6 local (due to the sofa in the living room). But for us it's for four. We prefer to live in separate bedrooms and without someone lonely left on the couch ;-)

If you are flying there for the first time, then it is better to take a tour. Imagine how much time it will take to find housing in an unfamiliar place. I also compared the cost of an individual tour and a tour package: it is beneficial if a company of min. of 4 people, but you have to fool around with the choice of apartments, what, where and with what views. And if the two of you are tied up by a certain date, then take a tour package.

Each house has Sobe, Villa, Apartaments... There is a lot of housing. It just takes a little time, and the lack of desire to do this can also interfere with the search. In 1.5-2 hours, any person will find housing with any requirements;-)
