I think it's better than Turkey, not for children! "Children's" hotels there heaps. As for Budva, there is no entertainment for children, with the exception of a resemblance to an amusement park (prices will not pleasantly surprise you) and a water attraction on the beach with a slide of incomprehensible quality!
