The best resort is Budva!!!! Last year both Petrovac and St. Stefan were recommended to us... But upon arrival we were very grateful to the person who convinced us to go to Budva. Firstly, there is a beautiful old town, an excellent promenade, there is where to go, what to see, where to eat. Secondly, there are several beaches (the best is Mogren-1). Thirdly, buses go to any resort towns (we 5 euros went to friends in the neighboring Yaz, where the beach is generally super). In Becici, Petrovac, St. Stefan there are excellent hotels, beautiful beaches, but there is nothing else of interest.
