Rested last year. 2 weeks in Budva. Lived near the bus station. Were in Ulcinj, Herceg Novi, Kotor. Went to all the beaches. Price from 1 to 3 euros. There were not many tourists. We are very pleased. Everything was open.

Entry into Montenegro is allowed with a test no older than 72 hours. The country has a curfew from 21:00 to 5:00. Walk together no more than 2 people (if not one family). You must enter the restaurants with masks and with strict observance of the distance. Some areas may have stricter restrictions (closed non-food stores, parks). Transport between cities from Friday 21 to Monday 5 am does not work.

We were at the World Cup last week.
Conditions are updated every week. Street cafes have been opened in many municipalities, and restaurants are open in Buda. Buses run, but rarely. We took the car. Museums are closed.
Tourists are allowed everywhere!
