They steal from the rooms!! ! And very boldly! And what is most disgusting, the hotel management covers the employees who are scurrying around in the rooms. We rested in this hotel from August 14 to August 20.2009. On a combined tour of Montenegro-Croatia, the travel agency ZETA (acquired by Odessa, the agency "Modes"). First we came to Montenegro to the Club Hotel Riviera, and everyone wondered why there were so few people, nature, the location of the hotel seemed to be wonderful. Everything cleared up 1 day before leaving for Croatia. Missing cosmetics, brand new, purchased for the trip: Mary Kay sunblock and Mary Kay facial moisturizer. Other tourists lost sunglasses and 10 euros (from the wallet !!! ) and again the cream (under the eyes). Another one has 40 euros and again cream !!! ! At the same time, their so-called Council (the hotel management behaves disgustingly, they shouted that they trust their employees, and not “some guests. ” When I informed the representative of the ZETA travel agency (by phone) about this situation, and she called them back , the hotel administrator told her that he called the police, they arrived, and we refused to go out to them. . from everything we can conclude - that theft in this hotel is a SYSTEM. Another interesting point, next to the hotel is a small shop where we noticed an interesting selection of cosmetics for sale: one Avon cream? One Nivea, etc. , all one by one from different companies. It is easy to draw a parallel: where cosmetics ends up after the departure of tourists.
