There are no complaints about the hotel, we rested at the end of July 2021. This is a bay, and the hotel is located in the village. If you want a more thorough cleaning, you should press the button near the door - “cleaning”. We only slept in the room, so everything suited us, even though we had the first floor and the most distant Venus building, everything was ok. Go to the beach further up the stairs, but you can hear the disco less at night.
Now cons: Montenegro this year receives guests from Ukraine, this is almost 90% of vacationers in this hotel. To clarify, I will say right away that I am Ukrainian and I am ashamed of my compatriots. Sunbeds and umbrellas for public use, I understand if they each paid 15 euros per day, then it is yours, and if towels or things are left for more than 2 hours, the beach administrator must remove them and “settle” other people looking for a place. I saw how the Serbs, Croats and French came, looking for a place with small children, but everything was empty and at the same time occupied with things.

Poor morally and impudent people who really want to go to Europe. But with such a "bouquet" of qualities, they are still far away. How do they get along with each other! When they root for the football team or the Olympians at home, they are such a friendly, close-knit and kind people, and when they collide with each other abroad, they doggie and are ready to gnaw at each other's throats for a sunbed. It is a pain. I am ashamed to be around such people. And I understand why our nation is not loved. I was in different hotels, I saw different things, but now I will never go to hotels that accept Ukrainians and / or Russians.

By the way, the transfer is very expensive (120 euros), the car is small, but with air conditioning. The driver is colorful, sings songs, writes SMS, understands Russian poorly, speaks even worse.
Hotel. We were greeted by smiling staff and a shabby front desk. There are no porters ((, but they took us to the room. They have three buildings, two 4-star and 1 for 3 stars. We were in Stella 4, on the 5th floor. 90% of the rooms face the sea. Soviet-type buildings, but on modern motif. The photo of the room corresponds to reality, decently.
On the spot, we encountered a problem - the refrigerator did not work. They called, sent the master, you need to change. This whole story lasted 4 days, which greatly spoiled the impression of the service in this hotel. They seem to be trying, but whoever, most often slowly and without enthusiasm))) In short, until the receptionist sweared at the reception and reminded of themselves again the next day, the device would not have been replaced.
Cleaning in the room is so-so, for show. The balcony was not cleaned at all until the maid was pointed out the obvious rubbish on the balcony. Another drawback is that there is nowhere to dry wet things, there are no devices, it was necessary to organize life from improvised means.
Nutrition. On the first day of arrival, we got only for dinner. When I saw this choice, I was a little disappointed. There is a choice and there isn't. There was a fish and meat menu (buffet), side dishes, but everything was modest. Then, having come to my senses, I can say that you will not stay hungry there. Pretty tasty food. Always seafood and meat for dinner, sweets are monotonous. Fruits are seasonal. Disadvantages of the restaurant: staff is slow, there were not enough cups, glasses or spoons had to be searched throughout the restaurant, there are no cards with the names of dishes, they do not offer drinks for dinner, children's seats are not always clean ((((
Sea. Very clean water, never stormy, warm. The beach is pretty clean. Sunbeds and umbrellas for guests are free, which is a rarity and a plus for Montenegro. The entrance to the sea is gradual, the beach is small-pebble. The pool is clean and has a children's section.
From the hotel there is a boat to Herceg Novi 4 times a day for 1 euro for guests. In the evening you have a wonderful view of the city.
The climate is very similar to the South Coast, around the mountains and subtropical plants. Montenegro is a beautiful country, there is something to see. From the hotel to Dubrovnik (Croatia) is only 40 km. you can go there too. It is better to rent a car in Herceg Novi, you can agree on everything with them. Food and catering prices are the same as in Kyiv. Shopping is of little interest, things are mostly from Italy, but I won’t say that it’s already ah.
Montenegro is definitely worth a visit if you haven't been there. As for the hotel, decide for yourself, there are pluses and minuses, but in general it’s not bad, you can take it.

In general, there are always free places everywhere, you won’t feel the hustle and bustle around you.
The restaurant is cozy, there is a small open balcony with tables, the food is delicious, I was especially pleased with the fish day, when they gave a lot of different fish dishes and seafood, everything is fresh.
You can take a walk on a boat to the opposite coast in Herceg Novi, there is a fortress and a cute old center.
You will not find shops nearby, there is only a local shop with the most necessary things. The nearest supermarket is an hour's walk down the highway.
In general, the rest in this hotel is not for active parties, but calm. Get up early, go to the beach, relax in a cool, air-conditioned room at lunchtime (by the way, the condo is excellent, with a remote control, you can adjust it yourself as you like), in the evening - walk and walk again.
Montenegro is a beauty with wonderful nature and air that you never get tired of admiring.
If you want excursions, they can be ordered directly at the hotel, the prices are about the same as those of local travel agencies, they are not too high, we checked. Everyone praised Dubrovnik and the trip to Skadar Lake.

Other tourists lost sunglasses and 10 euros (from the wallet !!! ) and again the cream (under the eyes). Another one has 40 euros and again cream !!! ! At the same time, their so-called Council (the hotel management behaves disgustingly, they shouted that they trust their employees, and not “some guests. ” When I informed the representative of the ZETA travel agency (by phone) about this situation, and she called them back , the hotel administrator told her that he called the police, they arrived, and we refused to go out to them. . from everything we can conclude - that theft in this hotel is a SYSTEM. Another interesting point, next to the hotel is a small shop where we noticed an interesting selection of cosmetics for sale: one Avon cream? A cleaning lady was called in for a confrontation. She naturally justified herself, and said that she did nothing of the kind that we talked about. People from the administration apologized to us and said that another person would clean our room. We asked for a safe (were ready to pay), but we were told that the hotel does not have a safe. They offered to move to another building with a safe (we had to pay 100% of the cost of the tour) or carry our personal belongings and documents with us, which we had to do until the end of the holiday. Vacation ruined!!!! ! Be careful and careful with things!
