I am interested in the question whether it is possible to go on my own without booking places, and find a villa on my own, without the help of tour operators?? and what are the prices for accommodation in Budva?

Finding a villa on your own in Budva is not difficult and two or three times cheaper than through a tour operator. At least that was the case last year. The whole rest, people came up to us on the street and offered apartments. And there are plenty of empty rooms in hotels. I don't remember the exact price, unfortunately, but it's actually cheaper.

I agree with the previous answer that finding housing there is no problem, I don’t remember the exact prices either. But I remember that it was a little cheaper (not very) than in the villa where we lived ... i.e. Can't compare to a 4* hotel.
Perhaps we had a very good price option, but that was two or three times cheaper - this was not the case.

Since now we have a visa-free regime with Montenegro, it will not be difficult to go there. The cost of villas is from 15 euros per day and more, depending on the location and conditions. You can find a villa for any income. It will be a little cheaper than through a travel agency.

This is exactly how we went to Montenegro, we just bought tickets for a charter, there were no problems with housing, almost every house says SOBE (this is a rental), we lived in a villa / mini hotel with 10 rooms. There are 2 rooms in the room (living room and bedroom ), hall, kitchen, bathroom ... all with brand new furniture, satellite TV, plasma TV, a huge balcony with a deck floor. We paid 50 euros/night per room. Maximum occupancy in this room is 5 people (in the bedroom 2 people, in the living room 1 sofa bed plus a folding chair).

To Makarenko, Is it possible to get the contacts of this mini-hotel from you? In which city (resort) is it located and how far from the sea?

I have a business card of a friend of the owner of the villa in which we rested for 10 days in June, as I understand it, as the more Russian-speaking of the two, he does business with Russians (Russian-speakers). [email protected], phone +382 69 988 738, but when we were leaving he said whoever is interested - let him write a letter with a phone number, I will call back myself. I don't know if they will, but you can try. I didn’t remember his name, it seems like he introduced himself as Zhenya. Judging by the mail, he may be called, for example, Zeiko. If you want to refer to us, tell us guys from Kyiv who lived in rooms 7 and 8 and moved from Vidikovac gave contacts (terrible attitude towards people, deceit, bad conditions and more expensive). The villa is located 15-20 minutes from Morgen beach, back from the beach go downhill, as the villa is located on a mountain. It was more important for us that there is a very beautiful view from the balcony of the old town and the sea.
