Tell me please! Three adults and two children 11 and 5 years old, we want to discover Montenegro. What would you recommend a hotel (all inclusive) near the sea, budget? Departure from Odessa.
We want inexpensive, all-inclusive, for 7-10 days, so that the sea and children's entertainment are close. Tours are also interesting. And, of course, to a reliable tour operator.

Inexpensive "all inclusive" is not about Montenegro, and hotels are expensive in principle. If budget, then apartments, but all inclusive is unlikely.

Hotels in Montenegro (Budva, Becici) have practically no territory, the beach is public, it has a site that belongs to the hotel, if you want to see the country, why do you need "all inclusive"?

Budget, all inclusive and Montenegro are incompatible concepts
Although .... for some, 2000 euros for two for a week is not expensive. What is "inexpensive" for you?

Montenegro is not the country to which you have to go for all inclusive! There is excellent national cuisine, restaurants at every step. Either you should think about good apartments or change your country of preference.

All inclusive was at the Vile Oliva hotel in Petrovac.

There will be no budget all in Montenegro. If not budget - Iberostar Bellevue.

I was in June with my wife and child (3 years old) at the Alexander Hotel (aka Slovenska Plaza). The All Inclusive tour cost 1,500 euros, with a departure from Kharkov. You can see a detailed review http://www.turpravda.com/me/budva/Slovenska_Plaza-h16614-r112349.html
If the price is normal for you, then I am ready to recommend these hotels to you - the place is excellent.

This is not budgetary, in my opinion, - a "three-ruble note" for a week in June for 1500 Euros...

A very good trifle. I compare it with the Italian treshka "breakfast-dinner" (Rimini) and the Egyptian five "Ultra all inclusive" (Charm) - Alexander is much better in many respects. And about "budgetary" - here everyone has their own criteria. By the way, what is good about Montenegro, that you can fly there without a travel agency. A visa is not needed, apartments can be rented on the spot, meals can be arranged from a supermarket or in cafes ... Very many people know Russian there, and if they don’t, then the languages u200bu200bare very similar and there were no problems with communication. Then you get the most budget option. It didn’t suit me, because we were flying with a small child, so the hotel was chosen in terms of convenience for the baby (and these expectations were fully justified) and they took all-inclusive, because they didn’t think that the small one would calmly wait until something was in the cafe they'll cook it :)

It's just that the topicaster focused on the word "budget" (but did not define the boundaries), everyone is trying to explain that there are no budget hotels for "all inclusive" in Montenegro. Without a travel agency, air tickets are more expensive, from Odessa for sure. transtour, I liked it most of all through the Odessa transtour, no jambs, which room was booked, that one was received, a completely different host (not a pylon).

Inexpensive or budget (ie up to 600 euros) to relax in Montenegro will not work.
We were in 2006 and decided for ourselves that we had visited this country twice - for the first and last time. We rested for 11 days in Budva, traveled by bus (the road for crazy kamikazes), lived in a new villa in the center of Budva without food. Terrace overlooking the mountains and the sea. The country is of course very beautiful, we saw almost all the sights. But the service is disgusting. The restaurants are expensive, the beach is expensive, everything is expensive!!! If you rest in a hotel in Turkey - no problem, then in Montenegro there are problems at every turn! They didn’t swim on the Slavic beach, because poop swam in the sea, walked to Becici or to the beach in Old Budva. They bought food in stores and cooked it themselves - you can’t save enough for restaurants there, on some vacationers wrote their reviews on the walls - “absolutely zero”. Were on the islands of St. Stephen and St. Nicholas - it is very beautiful there, but take rubber slippers in the sea a lot of sea urchins (sea urchins). In short, you can only go once.
