Excursions
My husband and I are going to Budva in September. I want to ask seasoned lovers of Montenegro and those who have recently arrived from this amazing country - from whom they took excursions. I want to warn you - you should not be advised to take a car and travel around everything yourself. At the moment this is not realistic. So - from whom they took excursions. And how much are they now. I hope for understanding and I look forward to interesting and tasty advice. Thank you in advance. Rest in Budva

good afternoon! We also often rest in Budva, but as for excursions, we take (and we advise you, checked by our own experience!) from the guys (a married couple, they have been doing this for many years, very conscientious) at the exit from Budva (the end of the beach in front of the new one under construction a multi-storey hotel in front of the entrance to the tunnel - opposite the bungee directly !!) her name is Alexandra (I forgot her husband's name) - very pleasant in communication. As for prices - they are all the same, the difference is in service. good luck!

We bought a tour from the travel agency we traveled with, Prometheus Travel. I don't remember the exact price, somewhere around 50-60 euros. It was a tour of the three canyons. It lasted 13 hours, we drove almost the entire country from south to north and back in a comfortable bus. The guide provided informative information throughout the journey. They paid nothing for entrance tickets (to the reserve). The price included a very hearty and tasty lunch (salad, main course and dessert) of Montenegrin cuisine. Have a nice trip!

Just arrived from Montenegro, I will answer you about the prices:
For three canyons at Prometheus - 60 Euros, at Alexandra and Mika (we wrote about them above) and all the others in Budva - 25 Euros (was 35) - lunch at a restaurant and tickets to Durmitor Park and Moracha Monastery are not included.
Cetinje and Ostrog: Prometheus - 35, city - 17
Kotor: Prometheus - 20, the city - not separately, with Cetinje and Negush - 23 Euro. I traveled on my own from the station, tickets for 3 euros one way, + 3 euros for the entrance to the ascent to the ruins of St. John (excursions are not provided, a long climb up 1350 steps, but it's worth it)
Rafting on the Tara River: all 65 Euros, includes equipment, breakfast and a hearty lunch.
