There is only one Avala hotel near Mogren, the rest are private villas. I rested in Budva, when there were only a few of our tourists, but even then I didn’t like it. We sunbathed on a small beach on the other side of the old city - along the road along the fortress wall to the end of the bay, yachts - on the left.

in Budva, all the beaches are terribly crowded, especially Mogren, and rocky. don't be lazy on buses to go to the island of St. Stefan (amazing beach), Ploce, Yaz, etc. for 2 euros.
