Yes, and in Budva there is no point in all-inclusive or regimen food, the city is small, everything is at hand. From the villa or hotel you still need to go to the beach and you are unlikely to want to return to the hotel for lunch or dinner. We were in Budva in September in “free swimming”, we lived wonderfully at Villa Lumovich, and there is so much food everywhere that we didn’t have time to try a lot of things (having had a hearty dinner, in the evening we ate fruits and something easy)

From the beach 5 minutes from the market and supermarket too. Good rooms, clean. And you don't care about food. Hotel for crazy money - too. Because there is something to see and where to go on excursions. The cost is 30-40 euros. And the beaches there are magnificent along the entire coast. If you love nature. I recommend the excursion "Canyons of Montenegro". Very beautiful! There are no problems with food. Along the coast - any restaurants. Don't focus on this at all. You will definitely love this little country!!!
