I agree with Alchik, there are many small, cozy, clean beaches on the way to Becici. Pay for a sun lounger and sunbathe. In Budva itself, the best option is Mogren Beach. Entrance 1 euro. I liked the beach in Budva Morgen 1 the most, there were brand new sun loungers, but you can also sunbathe on the mat. The beaches are divided into 2 halves, one with paid inventory, the other half of the beach for those who want to relax for free on their bedding. Entrance was free, 1 sun lounger cost 3 euros, an umbrella 3 euros. A catamaran for rent (they have a pedal) on Morgen 1 cost - 8 euros / hour, and on Morgen 2 - 6 euros / hour (the only difference is to walk 5 minutes along the beach :))).
You can go to the beach in Becici, but for 1 person. 2-3 euros for the way thereback.
I don’t recommend navigating the yarn of Slovenska Plaza, there are a lot of people and dirty water, plus there is a pier nearby.
