The main lamp in the bathroom did not work, no one changed the light bulb for 10 days, the wire from the antenna constantly leaves the TV set - the sound disappears, the electric kettle has a burnt wire and a broken lid, it is better not to turn on the air conditioner - there is a mycelium and mold has started in the corner of the wall under it on both sides.
But the main problem here is cleaning. After her, the room got even worse. Three times in the first 6 days during the cleaning, the bed linen was smeared (the sheets, as if on purpose, were ushed in the trash)
The second time the hostess said it was your problem. When she was shown photos of the sheets before leaving the room in the morning and upon returning in the evening, she changed them. For the third time, I called our hotel guide r-tours Konstantin to look at these beauties, but his authority in this wonderful place ended on the first day after receiving money from us for excursions. He took a few photos of the sheets, said "thank you for the review" and went to the next hotel to sell tours. Curtain... The next day, the owner of the apartment was connected to the dispute. Having heard enough Serbian-Russian insults in their address and showing a photo before leaving / upon returning, they became convinced that we no longer need such cleaning in the room, entering the room is prohibited. And, lo and behold, the last 4 days with the beds were all right.
And about cleaning, or rather the lack of it... On the upper shelves and on the cabinet itself, on the kitchen drawers, the dust is not removed at all.
There are balls of hair and dust in the corners of the room and under the beds. In the bathroom, twisted wires stick out and there are traces of the blood of previous guests on the furniture.
And this is for my own money, all this madhouse and hassle...
Of the pros) Convenient location, in fact, the center of Budva. A quiet, peaceful place, if you don’t swear with rude, insolent hosts) Lack of food (it’s scary to imagine if these people also fed the guests)

In general, the son of the owner met the bus near the bus and escorted him to the villa. There was already waiting for the maid, who escorted to the room. In the room: air conditioning, TV, kitchenette in a niche (used occasionally), refrigerator, wi-fi worked fine, for some reason one bedside table (but for us it was not critical). The safe was missing.
The bathroom is in order, it has its own boiler, hair dryer, liquid soap, toilet paper was constantly brought. The towels are not really big.
We had a corner terrace with two exits, one part is actually ours, the second part is shared with the neighboring room, but because we had good neighbors all the time, there were no problems, but on the contrary, we got to know each other and had a good time). On the terrace there is a clothes dryer, a table and chairs. Sometimes we ate there. There were no crowds of ants. Unless the swallows lived on our balcony).

Location: quite good and convenient. Not far from the villa: post office, mega market, market, Plaza shopping center, Sparta nightclub, bus stop from where you can go towards Becici, St. Stefan. The nearest beach is 5 minutes walk. The area is pretty quiet, but sometimes noisy companies roamed at night, though for us it was not a big strain. In general, it is probably worth noting that a lot of young people lived in neighboring villas, but there were also children.
For those who sleep lightly and with open windows, it may be a minus that you can hear music from Top Hill at night, but I think this is a problem in other villas.
There is no own cafe in the villa, but there was a cafe in the villa opposite (Dimich Ellit), though they didn’t go there, so they didn’t know what was there and how.

Rooms: triple room (studio) No. 2 on the first floor - a door and access to the terrace, which is not fenced in anything, overlooks the road, i. e. all windows must be curtained in order to hide from prying eyes, and doors must be closed so that a small child does not run out onto the road. There is little daylight, the sun does not get there, the air conditioner works only for heating +26 degrees. The grandmother's grandchildren constantly running under the windows will not give you rest! In fact, this is a semi-basement double room with additional room. Cravatia was sold to us as a three-bed studio!
