In Morocco, as in Tunisia, the best season is September, in 2nd place - June. The rest of the time, the weather will not be completely comfortable, either too hot or the water is cold. These countries have low season. I was in Tunisia in September - just wonderful, water +29, air +30, and Morocco is nearby, but much more expensive.
