In general, the funds you have listed should help. At worst, of course, you can apply for insurance ..... I think that treatment should help in 5-7 days.

you need to pee on each other or look for plantain ....

It is somehow strange with these midges ... They scared them in China, in Sri Lanka ... Neither here nor there - they were never bitten. So I can't say anything. I know that the neighbors in the hotel had a badly bitten child - they also drank anti-allergic medicines.

I recommend contacting local medicine, at least a pharmacy. If this is a sand flea, then specific products may be needed!

It is necessary to completely undress and fall asleep on the beach for the whole night. Let those damned midges choke!

I don’t know now it won’t help, I read a lot on this topic, they write that it was necessary to immediately warm it up with a hairdryer, in order for the poison to decompose, do not scratch, so that the infection does not join, fenistil and suprastin should relieve itching, alas, if sand fleas itchy up to 4 weeks:(((

Have you been lying on the sand without a towel?

Antihistamines + Bromenthol ointment. It helps to wipe the skin with a decoction of a string (if sold in pharmacies in Thailand)

Thanks everyone for the replies! A week has passed since we arrived, the bites have become much paler, the itching has practically disappeared. What else do we do, wipe the skin and drink (like tea) a series (just pour boiling water over 1 cup 2 teaspoons of a series). I replaced Suprastin with Aerius three days ago - these pills are stronger and more effective, and added psilo-balm (we lubricate the bites). I don’t know what helped, but probably a little bit of everything, and most importantly, there is a result!
