Mirissa!!! Sami was in Negombo in November 2017 - a fishing village! But on excursions we went to Galle Fort and to the south coast. There are beautiful beaches, after sunset all the hotels put up tables right on the coast, there are candles on the tables, the waves reach almost to the feet!!! We even ventured to swim in the night ocean and never regretted it!!! Huge coastline with long beaches and tables with candles everywhere...))) And there are also beaches for surfing! And they teach! There are cafes along the way, where if you just order coffee (expensive), you can go in, change clothes, go to the beach near the cafe and after swimming, go to the shower and change clothes!
