We flew to Colombo from Kyiv on 03/10/2018 there and 03/25/2018. back.
We flew to Sri Lanka in 2015 with a change in Sharjah.. What can I say? I liked flying with UIA much more.
1) there was no flight delay, but perhaps 45 minutes ago we were sitting on the plane and apologized to us 100 times. But when you were already seated and sitting, it somehow went unnoticed.
2) it was much more comfortable for me personally to fly without a transfer. They gave us blankets and headphones.
Special thanks to the flight attendants. Reading the reviews, I was set to something else. But they are so smart. They constantly rolled a cart and simply carried water and juices on trays. You could ask for coffee and tea several times. Everything is free.
I was a little sick when landing, the stewardess came up herself and asked: "can I help you with something, let me bring you water with lemon."
Fed 2 times. Lunch was generally very tasty. We chose rice with fish. It was accompanied by salad, cake, bun, butter.
There were four of us and we all loved it!
