On the coast, we lived in the town of Balapitiya, it was constantly sunny. It rained on the last day of our stay, but it lasted about 15 minutes. So you can safely go. P.S. Before leaving, we also looked at the forecast and transmitted heavy rains for all 2 weeks, but in reality it was not at all like that.
