If possible, pay an extra 100 dollars and take a ticket through reliable ones! On the 17th we arrived from Bulgaria, flew via Join Up! The flight was supposed to be on June 6 at 8 in the morning from Kharkov - they flew out on June 7 at 10 in the afternoon from Kyiv for their own money !!!
