In Sri Lanka the season is all year round. Only the south and south-west of the country is better to visit from December to April, from May the monsoon period begins there and the ocean storms, but from May to November there is fine weather and a calm ocean in the north-east of the country: Nilaveli, Trincomalee, Passecoudah.
