Personally, I liked Beruvella - the end of February, water 27, in general, a fairy tale. and the waves in the ocean are exactly what makes the holiday wonderful, but you can also find hotels with quiet bays, just don't be too lazy to surf the Internet. It rained for almost two weeks in the hotel area only once and then no more than half an hour, but during an excursion into the interior of the island on the way back we got under a real tropical downpour and it poured from Kandy to Colombo all the way. Please note that the entire island has very high humidity, which is not good for people with problems such as asthma.
