For prices, seafood is very reasonable, just make sure that it is clean, and they cook almost everywhere the same. You can also negotiate and they will cook not from the menu, just specify what and when you want to eat. A la carte is prepared, to put it mildly - not very much. It takes a hell of a long time to go on excursions (we didn’t go, get up at 4 in the morning so that we don’t want to go somewhere on their roads).

Be careful with the transfer! - they forgot about us when we arrived (they arranged a transfer, waited two hours until they picked us up) and back when we left, they called in the morning, they said that they would pick us up at 1:30 am (the plane was at 11:50), we were at 1:30 went down to the reception - no one. We called the travel agency, they again forgot about us. In short, after an hour and a half, a guy arrived in a car and took us to Colombo. There is no guide at the hotel, he is in Colombo... no one speaks Russian (this can be critical for travelers who do not know English)….
