Very rarely I come across bad reviews about Sri Lanka, which was surprising. For example, we are very pleased with the trip. Although a year has passed, we remember all the little things with pleasure and would gladly visit this country again. In Citrus, breakfast and dinner were quite satisfied with the food, there was no need to go to other cafes, because the stomachs were always full! Breakfast there is English-style: croissants with jam, vegetables, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fresh juices, yoghurts with cereal, fruits (bananas, pineapples, papaya, watermelon), local dishes: chicken curry, spicy porridge. In my opinion, from such a variety it is quite possible to choose something to your taste. For lunch, we snacked on fruit bought somewhere on the street, ice cream or something light. Since the main blow was for dinner: an abundance of all sorts of vegetables baked on the grill, for example, some asparagus with nuts, mushrooms in batter, meat, seafood and local dishes, of course, fruits and a whole table of sweets. There is always a bottle of water in the room, a kettle, a minibar, air conditioning, a safe for free, a hairdryer. Towels and sun loungers on the beach are free, and if you want to swim, you can walk along the ocean in any direction, choose the right beach. I'm for Citrus!

Were in citrus - we really liked it. There is a nuance - it goes straight to the coral reef, but Lanka Supercorals is next on the same reef. Only a fence separates them. We were at the end of October in citrus there was a crowd of people and everyone was very different, there were fewer people in Lanka Supercorals, so there was a good Swedish table in citrus, and in Lanka Supercorals we ordered from the menu (there are two women with whom we went on an excursion). The rooms are about the same in size and decor. It seems to me that the territory was larger in the supercoral, and my sister, which is smaller ... Yes, you just can’t enter the supercoral just like that - the gates are closed there and the guard sits and looks at everyone. He goes to a hotel where we have no friends, we have not tried. And Chaaya Tranz seems to be considered better - at least one local said so - but we were not there. My sister was indignant when a raven came out of the stream somewhere near the river and went to the Chaaya Tranz pool, where the children were swimming and no one stopped him - that's right. I don’t know anything about food and rooms, but Chaaya Tranz goes directly to a calm beach. And from citrus and coral, you can go to where the waves are for surfing and where the calm beach and turtles are.

Thanks for answers! At the insistence of friends who are traveling with us, I had to give in to persuasion to book Chaaya Tranz, it is already in the stop for our dates, I hope that they will settle in it.
