We got a Mobitel card from friends, in March 2013 they put 2,000 rupees on our account, we talked with Ukraine (it’s cheaper to call from a ShL card) and with local numbers, the money remained, the connection in Hikkaduwa was normal, this June (we back from Trinco) put another 1000 rupees on the account at the airport, it turned out we had 600 left from last year, we called home and local numbers again, 900 rupees remained on the account by the time we left, we can’t say that we saved money, communication is really cheap.
