And the question in terms of "how to deliver" or "will they let you in or not"?

The issue of export and packaging has been resolved. The question is whether ours are procrastinating, whether they will let them in or not. Can the thermoblock be simply hidden in some kind of bag?

I brought it to Russia frozen in a plastic box and put it in a suitcase in a large number of bags, just in case. Nobody asked for a word. As for Ukraine, I don't know.

I was afraid to bring shrimp from Egypt (4 hours flight + transfer to the airport and + home), but you want to go from SL (9 hours flight if UIA + transfer) It’s dumb to eat such perishable foods later.

I brought shrimp from both Koh Samui and Lanka. Freeze a little (just freeze, you don’t need to freeze into a stone). Then - in foil (shiny part out). Then - in several layers of paper. Ideal - still in a plastic box and + wrap with a towel.
It took almost a day to get to Kyiv from Koh Samui - and everything is fine!
Relatives were immediately pampered with fresh shrimp.

More than once they brought shrimp, crabs, lobsters from Egypt. As we were told that arthropods can be transported, it is true - no one asked questions. But raw fish is not allowed, they will not miss it.
It’s somehow dumb to hide in things, if during unloading and loading a suitcase is thrown so that the box will burst, I suspect that I will have to change the wardrobe.
As the transportation progressed, the transportation method was improved, they started in plastic boxes with the addition of ice, it was unreliable - they cracked and leaked. Now, a separate small bag, now we definitely “freeze” the seafood, as we wrote above, into plastic containers (we buy in Egypt, in the household departments of the supermarket, or there are shops on the layouts in the Old City), which we pack in thermal bags (the metro is sold - Auchan in the departments frozen products), put in a bag, around the perimeter of an old towel + bottles of frozen water. I think with such preparation, nothing will happen even in a day, especially since it will fly in the luggage compartment, where it is not so hot.

The only thing described above applies to direct flights, and if a flight from Ceylon has a decent connection time in the UAE during the hot season, then I do not rule out that the "package" will unfreeze.

Pack in a suitcase, usually no one digs into the luggage if there is no suspicion of drugs or other prohibited things.

They brought tea. How about bringing fish?
to be honest, they would not even have thought of such a foolishness if it were not for Sidor24511.
And I think that after the question "to find Mohammed", this question deserves an honorable, second place in STUPIDITY. That is, a stupid silver question.
