A bit of Puglia and a gramulka of Matera
Last year, in October, I was lucky enough to visit the most unusual region of Italy - Puglia.
Apulia (Puglia) occupies the "heel of the Apennine boot", this is the southern and easternmost region of Italy, washed by two seas - the Adriatic and the Ionian , is famous for its ancient traditions, the cleanest beaches and the most transparent water, as well as delicious inexpensive cuisine and excellent wine. But most importantly, Puglia stands out for its exoticism and dissimilarity to other regions.
The trip was short, only 8 days.
Namely:
5 days / 6 nights Monopoli (departure Alberobello, Castellana de Grotte, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Lecce)
1 day/1 night Matera (this is Basilicata, not Puglia)
2 days/2 nights Bari (departure Giovinazzo)
The whole story A little bit of Apulia and Matera's gramulka. In October, by public transport. Quite budget) was written for a very long time, but already finished and is on the forum, in the section Countries, resorts, hotels.
Following the link, you will learn how to get there, where to eat, what to see and do, and you can also laugh and mourn with me, because there were plenty of funny and sad situations.
Allora, fasten your seat belts, we are going to Puglia!
