In general, of course, it is better to go to India in Sri Lanka since mid-March, the winds are stronger and the waves are bigger. The best beach in India is Cavelossim. There are no annoying locals and cows that will pester you. And there are many hotels. Not a bad 4-ka Dona Silvir Beach (Dona Sylvia Beach Resort), the British love it, the guys on the beach praised Dona Sa Maria. From this town you can drive to either side of the south and north, because it is located almost in the middle of Goa. And the beach itself is very wide and the sand is crisp. The river Sal does not penetrate through the lobule. We have been to almost all the beaches, but Cavelossim liked the most. The British told us that it is considered a beach for an elite holiday. You know, I read reviews on different sites and made such conclusions. For food: breakfasts in hotels are poor, it is better to dine on the beaches in cafes. The kitchen is very spicy even "know spicy". On the beaches: dirty, with annoying merchants. Hotels are very mediocre, if you do not take into account the super expensive. You can’t see the Indian flavor, as the state is touristy, full of rasta lovers and those looking for nirvana. Sri Lanka is cleaner and more interesting in this regard, but there are already waves in March, as they wrote. Of course, I understand that India is not a rich country and you can’t see the Emirati service there, but you won’t be able to touch the ancient civilization in Goa. We are not newlyweds, party-goers, we are accustomed to a more respectable vacation, so I'm afraid my husband will later reproach me for ruining my vacation. Vietnam is very good, I liked it better than Thailand. And there is something to see and the locals are not sticky and the hotels are very good. You can go, for example, to a warm source to treat the joints. And the food is super tasty and not expensive. And again, you can drive to Laos or Cambodian.
