I don't know about the Golden Triangle, I was in Goa and went on a trip to Hampi. Never had any vaccinations. I didn’t see any malarial mosquitoes and plague rats :)))) And the lizards running everywhere don’t bite

There are no mandatory vaccinations for India. just keep your personal hygiene. Use an antiseptic.
