India or Thailand???
Good afternoon everyone! I plan to fly from mid-February to early March, but I can’t decide where: to India or Thailand? Who was in these countries, where you liked it more? Hotel 3*. We are traveling with my wife. Interested in: 1. The climate at this time of the year 2. Sights (what you can see) 3. The level of service in hotels 4. Prices for tours 5. Prices in the country itself (how much to take with you) Help with the choice!!! We fly abroad for the first time!

Hi, we have not been to India, but my wife would very much like to go there. were in thailand egypt in thailand cool, follow the reviews to make sure.
we took 1000 dollars with us and spent 700 dollars with all excursions and feeding expenses. there were 4 excursions - this is the river kwai, etc.
the tour to Pattaya itself cost in November 2010 38,000 for two for 12 nights.

Hello =)
I've been to India =)
1) Well, about +35
2) There are a lot of beaches, and each one is different from the previous one! Be sure to take a tour of the city of Hampi! And yes, there are a lot of interesting things =)
3) If you want service, then you need to go to Thailand, because in India it simply does not exist =))
4) Tours at this time are very cheap =)
5) In India, everything is very cheap, we took $ 1200 with us for two =))))

1. The climate in Thailand will be milder, in India it will be hotter and wetter.
2. There is much more to see in Thailand than in India. India - exotic, a minimum of comfort.
3. 3* hotels are definitely better in Thailand. Indian 3* is generally recognized as 2* or 1*.
4. Flying to India was not much cheaper. than in Thai. From Ekb. for two for 12 nights in Goa - 65000, for 15 nights in Tai - 69000.
5. In India, food is cheaper than anywhere else. For two we spent 700 bucks with excursions. They did not deny themselves anything to eat and drink. Tai is more expensive in terms of food (seafood), more money is needed for excursions, since there are a lot of things! In Thailand, they spent $ 1,500 and would have spent so much more!
Read my reviews of Goan BOLLIWOOD SEA QUEEN and Thai MIKE GARDEN RESORT (Pattaya)
There is still some infa. If anything - write! Good luck!

We rested in 2 * hotels in India and that was quite enough, because they only came there to sleep !!!
We flew to India and paid 55,000 for trips for two for 15 days with a visa and insurance!!!

I recommend India on the condition that you not only decide to spend your vacation by the sea in GOA, but on the condition that you see the so-called Golden Triangle - Delhi, Agra, Jaipur.
1) The weather will be warm at this time, I can even say with confidence that in early March it will already be 35 degrees no less :)
2) Sights of the cities of Delhi, Agra, Jaipur (you can read about them on the Internet). There are still a lot of interesting cities with grandiose architectural monuments: Udaipur, Bombay, Jarmahala, Fatehpur Sikri (this is very close to Agra and if you have an excursion there, be sure to visit), Pushkar (an ancient religious city), Rishikesh (yoga and recreation center. .my favorite city in the world :))
3) I went and stayed in decent hotels without stars, but 3 stars will be good (choose a hotel based on reviews)
4) prices are less than in Thailand
5) In the country itself, you and your wife will have enough $ 1000 for a month with your head (this includes gifts) :) And for 2 weeks and even more so.

One minus in India is the dirt on the streets and beggars. In general, if you don’t disdain dirt (the fact that people throw papers, orange peels, etc. right at their feet) and beggars don’t scare you, then I recommend India ... You won’t see such “pearls” of architecture anywhere in the world!
And then, on the rise, go see Thailand.

Were in India (Goa) and Thailand. It is impossible to compare these countries. Of course, it is better to visit both there and there. The time for rest is very suitable. If you want maximum service, beautiful hotels and entertainment, then you are in Thailand. If you have a simpler attitude to life and the color of the country, extraordinary energy is more important to you, then of course India. And I completely agree with merhaba's review. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to see all of these sights yet.

I have been to Thailand and India. Thailand (Phuket) - if you are traveling with your family or planning a cultural vacation, Goa is for those who want to break away and freedom.
