There are super party places, there are almost deserted ones. We were in South Goa in December, Betalbatim beach - 1 person per 100 m and no locals. Nearby in Colva, locals came for weekends and Christmas. And there are also few people. I can also say about the beaches that we walked along - Utorda, Majorda - deserted, Cavelossim - lively, but acceptable. The infrastructure, so to speak, is the same everywhere - necks, with them sunbeds with umbrellas, lifeguards, dogs. Didn't see cows. We were in Nanu Resort 3* HB.
