How can this be? With a visa-free regime for citizens of Ukraine, after being in the country for only 13 days, they tell me about a possible restriction on entry for almost 10 years
When visiting Israel, I was given a coupon with my data. The duration of my stay was indicated there - 1 week. I was in the country for 13 days. Upon departure, I was told that entry into the country is now restricted to me. When passing the border, I was not told what the dates indicated in this blue coupon mean. Why is the corridor only a week, I think, because one hotel was paid for a week, and in another hotel there was only a reservation. Can I enter the whole country? What needs to be done to do this?

To do this, you need to prove that you travel so often to Israel not to work there illegally.
Financial guarantees and paid housing.
Otherwise, it all looks, let's say cautiously, rather suspicious. As evidenced by the paper with permission to stay only a week.

Do not waste time and nerves, you will not be allowed into Israel during the period that you were notified about, this is not discussed or disputed - the decision has already been made! Any of your arguments and reflections on this painful topic for you is a waste of time ... and purely from yourself: you yourself are to blame for this, in that ticket it is written in English and in Hebrew for how long your stay in Israel is legal, or did you want this ticket to be given to you in Israel in Russian-Ukrainian?! ...;) ..., - learn languages however!..., or don't learn, but then without claims to foreign countries...;)))

You bought a tour or booked a hotel for a few days. Is it logical that you are given time to stay in the country for this period?
Did you plan to stay for 3 months or even longer? There is a suspicion that the purpose of your visit is NOT tourism. The visa-free regime is not quite the right wording. This is the right not to apply for a visa before departure. The visa is placed in the passport upon arrival. or NOT set.

In Israel everything is very strict. 3 days for them is a huge violation of the order. They may even simply not let you into Israel without any explanation or violation.. If you start to resent, then everything will be banned for sure. Or try to figure it out completely calmly or endure

In the United States, too, as far as I know, it is customary that at each entry the period of permitted stay in the country is set by the border guard, although it seems possible on a visa for up to 3 months in a row. I don’t understand one thing - after such an attitude, are you rushing to this Israel again? With such orders, even for the first time, I doubt going there.

So the whole point is that I had a return ticket in 13 days and I presented it to the border guards. I booked a hotel for a week and paid for it in Jerusalem. And then a few armors in different cities for the remaining days. I wanted to go everywhere and see everything. Was with a friend. He is from Russia. All documents and reservations we had were exactly the same. Rooms in all hotels for two are paid. They flew back together. So he has no problems. And in the coupon he had a period of stay of 13 days was indicated.

So I say that Israel has a disgusting attitude towards tourists, go to Jordan some better.

Quickly put down five or six times "like" - the rating is above all. !!!!Your comets are "not about anything" or, simply, verbal diarrhea - it's harder not to find them in discussions-answers. And now the United States has stuck (there you are with flowers and a limousine), when it comes to Israel. And the attitude towards tourists is normal, no need to "sly @ drink", and look through the "laws" and requirements (customs, mentality) of the country where you are going .. And you will be happy ... IMHO.

ollennka! And what is this "go to some Jordan", somehow ugly! I could recommend to my countrywoman "to go to some Russia, for example, to the Sochi region," especially if I have a friend from Russia, but I considered it incorrect. Harder, please.
аватар ollennka
alex45, what exactly is ugly? Jordan is just an example of the fact that there are a lot of countries that do not brainwash at the border for two hours. This is not the first time such reviews about Israel.
аватар alex45
I'll try to explain - "Jordan of some kind", as well as "Russia of some kind", and "Barnaul of some kind", and my "Zaporozhye of some kind" sounds very dismissive.
And about the one who rinses his brains, so at the illegal border in Chongar (this is the entrance to the Crimea), the son stood in an empty car for 10 hours (they even filmed police, rinsed their brains!). I don’t write - some kind of Russia! I understand the current situation. But this is my example to yours! Did I unsubscribe? There was also a ferry across the Kerch Strait.
аватар ollennka
Alex, I don't have any situations, so by some kind of Jordan I mean Jordan and countries similar to it. Any Russia is any region of Russia. If this offends you personally, I apologize to you personally.

We unfortunately always listen to one side... The opinion of the other side.. we can only imagine. Your arguments were not convincing .. visiting Israel, you had visa violations ... your friend was a Jew ... The list goes on and on ... Therefore, there is no need to make a monster out of Israel ... Poles, Romanians, Turks, Germans .... calmly pass passport control ... When your compatriots learn to respect the laws of the host country ... then it will become easier for you. Israel is an expensive country .. and no one will go here just to lie on the sea. If you position yourself as a pilgrim and during an interview say that Jesus was born in Tel Aviv, but..luggage..you have a pick and a shovel...or...you forgot your..husband's date of birth, and he is your mother's name ... Gentlemen, Israel is very interested in tourists, like any other country, but it is ... not very interested in illegal immigrants ... like any other country.

So let's start over. As mentioned above, there is NO "visa-free" regime with Ukraine. As is not the case with Russia. There is a SIMPLIFIED mode for tourists. And only for tourists (those who study, for example, need to apply for a visa at the Consulate as before).
A visa is usually issued for 90 days. This is when the issue of entry is decided by the border guard at the passport control booth. But if they wrap up for an individual interview, they give it in accordance with the date of the return ticket. Why they gave you only a week, I don't know...
The fact that hotels were not paid for can be a problem when booking them on your own. If you book through a travel agency, then the border guards do not climb into this topic. The maximum that they can do is to call the hotel and find out if a tourist is waiting there (ie, check if they were presented with a fictitious voucher).
I believe there is a chance to enter Israel. And here I would try to communicate with the staff of the Consulate. On hand, it is desirable to have evidence of staying in hotels in those "extra" 6 days.

I don’t know why you don’t like the word “visa-free” ... According to the documents, this is still the abolition of visas (visa-free regime), if the period of stay is not more than 90 days. At the same time, the Israeli border guard has the right to shorten the visa-free stay of a tourist or refuse entry altogether.
http://embassies.gov.il/spb/ConsularServices/Pages/visa-free.aspx - this is an agreement with Russia, too lazy to look for Ukraine.

Blindly believe what is written on Israeli official websites - do not respect yourself! For 27 years in Israel, I have repeatedly convinced that the Israelis - do not care. And this is understandable - most of the year it is hot here, less - very hot. And quite a bit of time is cool... It is difficult to strain in the heat, even with air conditioners. Therefore, they often do stupid things, and then they are in no hurry to correct them. This also applies to civil servants - they are the same Israelis as taxi drivers, and sellers, and engineers :)
So, returning to the topic - THERE IS NO VISA FREE REGIME.
There is a SIMPLIFIED visa regime. Accordingly, Ukrainian tourists are issued visas at the border. And in these visas indicate the length of stay. A couple of days ago, two very nice young guys from Ukraine received a visa for 6 days. Not immediately, but after almost 5 hours of waiting in such an environment as shown in the photo.

Don't even bother looking for an answer when you can visit Israel. It says 10 years period. On the day when we arrived from Russia, there were three planes from Ukraine. Passengers were kept at the airport for 7 hours, and 30 people were sent back without explanation, one Ukrainian on the tour told us. Here, draw your own conclusions. in vain you oiiennka say that Israel has a bad attitude towards tourists, you just need to respect the laws of the country where you enter. And about the United States there, by the way, the brains will endure even more. But everything must be approached competently and philosophically and first study all the subtleties of border legislation, and then visit this country. Good luck to you.
аватар marina65_2004
This is so ... You don’t even have to try to look for an answer ... I have almost the same situation .. I overstayed the deadline for departure, left ....., and after 2 years I decided to go to my friend, I was immediately under control at Ben Gurion Airport they sent me to prison, and in the morning back to Kyiv ... I tell them that there was no deportation, but they are denied entry, now for 10 years ... I'm waiting .. 8 years have passed ...
аватар mbell
You received a stamp upon departure image.prntscr.com/image/cQRDVF5rRL_V9cviZDEZmw.png
Entry Denied
No entry.
This is deportation. It's just that you have already left and there was no need to force you to be expelled.

Alex! And the link says it all:
3. Please take into account that, in accordance with international practice, the final decision on allowing a person to enter the territory of a foreign state (regardless of the visa or visa-free regime) is made by the border services and other competent authorities of the state of entry directly when crossing the state border .
And this applies to all countries
