It is also interesting to hear for yourself who is "in business". And you, u.svetlana08 (ISRAEL), for an hour not from the regulatory authorities, are probing the channels of illegal labor emigrants .....

but I don’t need it not legally!!!! but I asked about trusted agencies because I read a lot of reviews about how they take for a work visa and then they throw it away!

A rob visa is needed for my son. I know that it is issued only in the country of origin. In our case, in Ukraine.

unfortunately they "throw" both you and us. They issue it at the embassy, but it is provided - the employer "requests". I don't know any trusted agencies.

There is NO work visa for Israel. I've written about this many times before...
There is a "specialist visa", which gives the right to work in a specialty that is in demand in Israel. For example, in Israel, a large number of Filipinos work legally - take care of the elderly. There are also many seasonal agricultural workers from the Far East. Farmers have no problems getting an import permit
The employer must apply to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Israel (it is in the branches of this department, and not in the Embassy / Consulate of Israel in Kyiv / Moscow / ... that they issue a permit for obtaining a visa with the right to work).

As far as I know, a visa can only be officially issued in Misrad Apnim of the city where you are staying. This is the Interior Ministry. But, I will say right away that this is not easy to do. There is a lot to prove, to tell.
Or, if the employer (where you are going to work) is interested in you, then he himself makes a work visa.
Good luck.

k.karatygina, you are right - this is exactly the state of affairs. True, there is an exception - people who are in a trusting relationship with the right employees in a particular department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They manage to "negotiate" not for the sake of bringing in foreign workers. But these are few, very few. There are much more of those who promise and then simply throw gullible job seekers in Israel :(

If you have an employer in Israel who can apply to the Israeli Ministry of Internal Affairs for a WORK VISA - B1 (fee $ 46), then you are lucky.....
If this is not possible, then there is only one way out - intermediary firms. Their services are valued up to $1000.
There are no guarantees. There is a list of scarce professions, and if the applicant falls into this list, then there is a chance. These professions, as a rule, are associated with hard physical labor: construction, care for the sick and old people.

To date, obtaining a permit for workers with construction specialties is almost impossible. They wanted to bring in thousands of Chinese - a bummer. They talked about a quota of 10 thousand Ukrainians during the visit of President Poroshenko to Israel - empty ...
