I am going to Israel with my child, we plan to rest in Netanya. We choose a ticket, but there are too conflicting reviews and a range of prices. Tell me a hotel in Netanya, 3 * - 4 *.

- Park 3* (if you want a better room, then take either a partially renovated superior room or a fully renovated deluxe room)
- Margoa 3*
- Residence 3 * (preferably only a superior full sea view room, i.e. with a full sea view)
- Residence Beach 3+* (all rooms with kitchenette)
- King Solomon 4*
Choose among these hotels, they are the most worthy in Netanya.

I agree with the opinion of a colleague - she listed the best hotels for families with a child. It is important to note that not all hotels have a pool. Therefore, if the budget is limited, and the pool is necessary, then I would recommend the superior rooms of the Park Hotel.

I would shorten the list of hotels to:
- King Solomon 4*.
Hotels in Israel are not worth the money they ask for. Feel free to take breakfast only. Either way, read the reviews carefully. In any case, Netanya is a great place for families with children and adults!

Who would argue - King Solomon is better than others. But the price is also appropriate ... For example, if we consider accommodation in Netanya without excursions (beginning-mid-July, for 2 people for 7 days for breakfast + transfers from / to the airport), then in the Park it will cost approx. 24,000 rubles, and in KingSolomon - approx. 37 thousand...

Alex! so I say, Israeli hotels are not worth the money that they ask for!!! Therefore, for myself, I refused to book a hotel for a long time, in Israel for my family there is only short-term rental housing, since there are more than enough options from $ 50 for a 1-room apartment. (By the way, when such prices were for hotel rooms, we still stayed there, but it’s impossible to recommend such a place to a woman with a child!). I could share with her the coordinates of the tenants, but the girl chooses the HOTEL!
PS: when was the last time you were at the Wailing Wall on Shabbat?! I am in October 2012, the customs of other people must be respected, that is why the guides ask not to get cameras on Saturday at holy places for the Jews, they warn about the same at the checkpoint to the Wailing Wall (I don’t think that tourists go from the side of the Temple, unless of course they did not get on an excursion to underground Jerusalem).

Yes, hotels in Israel are not cheap. But it’s better not to start talking about apartments. I lived for many years in Israel and I know what and how much they offer. There are many scammers on the market. There are enough of these on Runet sites - they are looking for a potential "victim" ... I'm not here to work - I share my knowledge with potential tourists. I have many of them :)
Now about the wailing wall. I not only came to Jerusalem, but also lived in this City. I do not know a person who could accuse me of ignorance of the traditions of Judaism or disrespect for those who observe them. And I responsibly declare that there is nothing offensive in the fact that one of the tourists will take pictures with a camera on the square near the Wailing Wall! Do not just "aim" at the subject at close range - this will not please any person, incl. and keeping the tradition...

Alex, I accept your arguments. However, I really like to rent an apartment, fortunately I have not come across scammers. And like you, I also share my experience (I have accumulated over 30 years of my independent trips). My occupation is in no way related to tourism, I just love to travel, while trying not to enrich the pockets of intermediaries.
Returning to the Wailing Wall (and not to the square in front of it), I meant only Shabbat (if you remember, they don’t write notes at that time), and the rest of the time take pictures as much as you like. Those who first encounter the laws of the Sabbath, the laws of the Torah about what can and cannot be done on the Sabbath seem incomprehensible and illogical. Why can't you turn on the receiver or write a letter? Why can't you turn on the lights and drive a car? Why can't you pick a fruit from a tree and take a picture of a friend? - yes, because any creative activity is prohibited, the Commandments are given for all time, but they don’t ask anyone to delve into the essence of the Torah, they just ask you to respect some traditions (you’re not surprised that men have to put on a kippah when approaching S.P., or women in Orthodox churches to cover their heads with a scarf).

The fact that you, bileg, did not encounter swindlers in Israel is a miracle! There are not many of them, but they come across often :(
By the way, even among the intermediaries come across - without intermediaries (in Israel, an apartment intermediary is called a "broker" or in Hebrew "metaveh").
Ok, to the Wailing Wall.
I remember very well how notes are written. They do not write near the wall either on Shabbat or on weekdays. This is neither comfortable nor ethical! Notes are either written while on the square, or they are prepared in advance.
About the photo. Standing at the wailing wall itself and taking pictures is not recommended at all. This will offend the feelings of believers - because they will get into the lens close-up! Panoramic photos of the Wailing Wall make no problems - modern devices with a good zoom allow!
About the rest, dear bileg, I did not write here. And in general, we deviated from the topic - the tourist was interested in hotels in Netanya. There will be a desire - write in a personal!
