Ruined vacation, wasted money. Dumb and arrogant staff. The waiters in the restaurant can hardly move their legs. Suitable with two soiled coffee pots. Dirty windows, dirty chairs, even if you put the newspaper under you. Air conditioners do not work in the corridors and this is in a hot country! Furniture, bed linen, towels worn out. The view from the window of our room is terrible: some kind of dump of broken chairs, boards. We asked the lady at the reception in the spa to show the treatment rooms. To which she was very angry. On the second day, another Russian-speaking worker graciously agreed to show us these rooms, but it would be better if we saw this! Like everywhere else, dirt. At the same time, the rooms are tiny, without windows, with a specific aroma, dirty "miniature" towels. The food may be good, but when you're in a state of permanent nausea, it's hard to be objective. In any case, everything is very poor: dishes, serving dishes, etc. Very poor menu considering the prices! No decent fruits, no juices. In short, nothing pleases in this hotel!
