The service just sucks - on the day of arrival we got to the hotel at 13.40, the check-in time was 14.00, at first they said to wait, then after repeated reminders that two had long passed, they issued cards at 14.40 as if everything was in order. When registering, they demanded a card to reserve money for insurance (as they call it, although there is no minibar !!! ), they took 900 dollars, when asked what kind of waltzes - the answer was wrong (although I counted something 3 times and did it on purpose), butted with them through the operator for 2 days, as a result, another $ 150 was withdrawn without me, upon departure 3 more times for $ 15. I still butt heads to return the money and the bank said that I would not see $ 45 for their "services" (mistakes).
