The hotel staff did not respond to our perplexed questions. But still they sent someone in search of a Russian-speaking hotel worker. Some elderly man came - he, apparently, was a very small fry in the hotel, and therefore explained to us in a whisper that they had withdrawn the money as a deposit - what if we damage the hotel (!? ), And then the money will be returned - only it is not known when that "later" will come.
The money was returned (all $ 200 - it turned out that we did not destroy the hotel and did not burn the room! ) When we returned to our homeland.
The second unpleasant misunderstanding was when I looked out of the window of the room (actually, the travel agency promised that from the window of the room there would be a view of the Old City) and saw trees through which Mount Zion was barely visible. But right in front of the window of my room, a huge white and gray rag hung on a tree, which spoiled this view as well. Upon closer inspection, I determined that the rag was a hotel bath towel. I went to the reception and through the same "translator" asked to remove the rag. But no one responded to the request and the rag-towel hung all five days of our stay at the hotel.
I got the impression that Russian-tourists are UNWANTED guests in DAN BOUTIQUE, and therefore I do not recommend the hotel.

As in the previous review, they demanded a card during registration to reserve money for insurance, they took 50 dollars. They said they would return it upon departure. At the exit it turned out that they would return in a week. They insisted on a return. Sent a fax to the bank, returned. Without taking cash for the Internet, after 2 days they withdrew more than 1000 rubles for 66 shekels.

The service just sucks - on the day of arrival we got to the hotel at 13.40, the check-in time was 14.00, at first they said to wait, then after repeated reminders that two had long passed, they issued cards at 14.40 as if everything was in order. When registering, they demanded a card to reserve money for insurance (as they call it, although there is no minibar !!! ), they took 900 dollars, when asked what kind of waltzes - the answer was wrong (although I counted something 3 times and did it on purpose), butted with them through the operator for 2 days, as a result, another $ 150 was withdrawn without me, upon departure 3 more times for $ 15.

I still butt heads to return the money and the bank said that I would not see $ 45 for their "services" (mistakes).
