I have not traveled with this company, although I know that this direction for NATALIE is one of the main ones.
In Budapest and the surrounding area was with the company SANT VALENTIN. Delighted with the city. The merit in this is the excellent guides with whom this company cooperates in Hungary.

I went with this company two years ago, I can’t say anything bad, the organization was not bad, the hotel is also very decent. From the program that they offer - I liked everything, there is only one thing - we almost didn’t see Budapest, there was a 3-hour sightseeing tour, but everything happened so quickly, if you stopped somewhere to take a picture, then you missed everything that the guide said She just didn't leave time for it.

You should not go to the restaurant - as for me, they didn’t surprise me with anything special, the food was the most ordinary, there is no correspondence between the price and the proposed program. I can say the same about the boat trip, the champagne is disgusting. You can just walk along the promenade and see all this beauty. I highly recommend going to Balaton, I liked it very much. The wine tasting was just great, especially if it was hosted by Peter. In general, the impressions are favorable. Good luck

Went with the Accord Tour. Liked Jaeger, Budapest. I didn’t really like Balaton, but it’s not for everyone. In principle, Hungary has something to see. The main thing is that there would be a normal team, then the rest will be super.

Went with my husband for the May holidays. From the tour operator Alliance. I advise you to take excursions only to Jaeger and Vienna, take a walk around Budapest more, visit the thermal baths.

I went on a voyage with Natalie two years ago, everything was very well organized, if Tomas comes across as an escort, it will be even better. According to the program - on the last day we did not go to the Oceanarium, etc., but walked around Budapest ourselves. We went into the Buddhist labyrinth, impressions - the sea because of a walk with a kerosene lamp (they turn off the lights after 18). And we got really lost. I recommend the Museum of Terror to everyone, this is the premises of the former KGB, there is a lot to see there, but it is not included in the program.

Yes, I recommend walking around Budapest for one day.

I went on the May holidays, I really liked it. There is something to see. I took excursions in Hungary, which was interesting, I went there. I went to their Opera, was delighted, did not expect such a high-quality production. I recommend that you definitely go on a tour of the Bend of the Danube (there will also be a wine tasting with Peter) The company really was a different Sverdlovsk travel agency. The only thing I didn't like was my hotel (Lions Gardon) - it's better to take another one. Have a nice rest.

ride with Natalie-Voyage, the organization is not bad, the guide certainly knows the information, but it’s somehow so boring and ordinary, besides, everything is very fast and there really is no time to move away from the group for a couple of minutes and take a closer look at what you liked, and then return later there is simply no time on your own, the next day there are excursions again and it’s not a fact that it will be more interesting than where you weren’t allowed to stay, for example. dinners in national restaurants planned by the program are not worth the money or time spent on them.

And my husband and I just returned from the tour "Magnificent Hungary" + Vienna (04-11.01.09), we used the services of the tour operator Natalie Voyage Service. Very satisfied with the trip. We traveled to Chop in compartment cars, not chic, but generally normal. Then we boarded a bus and already got to Miskolc, then to Eger and to Budapest. The conditions of the trip are normal, there were no delays on the way, the drivers did an excellent job. All items of the program indicated in the information sheet were completed. True, we did not use some of the additional excursions, as we preferred to devote this time to Budapest. All tourists were given maps, we freely communicated in English with Hungarian youth (not everyone speaks English, but we were apparently lucky), so independent walks were quite exciting.
We recommend visiting the thermal baths. Of those that were not included in the tour program - the Széchenyi baths.
The Ventura lived up to its three stars. Since we left the hotel immediately after breakfast (buffet) and returned late, the level of comfort was quite acceptable.

The guides were interesting (in Eger and Budapest - Svetlana, in Vienna - Ella, in Debrecen - Victor), they did their job 100%.
The trip to Vienna took a day - from 8 am to 10 pm. In total, we spent 6 hours in the capital of Austria, of which the last 3 hours we walked on our own. I really liked the city, although I wanted to stay there more. Part of the group was indignant at the small amount of time :-), but we clearly followed the indicated program. Everyone saw what they were getting into.
Debrecen is the second city in Hungary, but we, for example, did not really like it after Budapest. All sights are within a 100m radius from the hotel ("Golden Bull", 3-star part), so it takes a couple of hours to see everything. In Debrecen, however, there are good thermal baths and an average water park (water center "Akvatikum"). Due to the fact that we visited "Akvatikum" on the last day of the trip, we went back with wet towels and bathing accessories. This is a minus, but not significant, since the visit to "Akvatikum" was optional.

The head of the group, Natalia, told in detail about everything that a tourist needs to know. Therefore, we had no problems either with the cultural program, or with the exchange of currency for Hungarian forints at a good rate, or with the purchase of souvenirs, products, etc.
We express our gratitude to Natalia and everyone who organized this trip.
Best regards, Alla and George :-)
