Is it worth taking excursions "Wise rulers", "Sentendre", "Charm of the night city"?
the tour operator offers such additional excursions in addition to the sightseeing tour in Budapest, is it worth taking them, or is it better to walk around Budapest on your own, provided that you only have 1 full day at your disposal.
"Wise rulers" 25 euro - excursion to the parliament
Szentendre 20 euros
"charm of the night city" - 25 euros, evening tour along the Korzo embankment and st. Vazi and champagne boat trip

It is worth going to Szentendre, but it is better not to go on an excursion, but on your own. there is a city train (green line along the Danube), a one-way ticket around 250 forints. Near the station - tourist information, there you can get a free card. the city is small, you can walk around in half an hour, but you can walk 2-3 hours, buy something, eat.
The parliament inside is as beautiful as the outside, and it is worth a visit.
But if you have only 1 day for the whole of Budapest, it is better to just take a walk - Buda and the areas of Pest adjacent to the Danube, from the Parliament to the bazaar.

I support the previous speaker! :-)
In Szentendre - obligatory, but on its own.
We have a road and lunch (though in a Chinese institution) cost 5 euros per person.
20 euros is too much !!

There was no chance to be inside the Parliament. From the photos of friends saw beautiful.
You can visit Sentand if you want to wander through the streets of the ancient city. Go to the Marzipan Museum, taste the famous Esterhazy cake with coffee or herbal tea in a cafe near the Museum. Definitely self-departure by train. If you look to the right during the journey, you can admire the Danube; if to the left - beautiful graffiti on the fence. The closer to Sentanda, the more interesting the plots. After all, Centadre is a city of artists.)
Boat trip with champagne. Our group is lucky. The guide Anatoly spoke very interestingly about the history of BP and Hungary with legends and jokes to the music of Strauss. Champagne is of quite normal quality, they added it if they put an empty glass. Impressed.)
You can also advise to visit the palace of Empress Elisabeth in Godell, about 30 km from Budapest.
