I liked the room in which we were settled, bright, spacious, good furniture and a clean shower. Cleaning is regular. That is why we came here for this recovery, and we received it in full. I liked the doctors, the examination was good, the diagnosis completely coincided with what my doctors gave me. I liked the procedures. This is a great option to come every fall for recovery.

But the next day we managed to change the room to another one - with a magnificent view of the forest towards the lake, with a safe, the kettle was transferred from the previous room. The room is big, the balcony too. Plumbing is new, soap, shampoo, bathrobes - everything is in place. They clean the room quickly, unobtrusively. Towels will be changed if you throw them on the bathroom floor. Bathrobes - for a week. A huge window, silence, the smell of the forest. . . Meals at the hotel are only half board (HB). Breakfast varied buffet. Dinner - buffet alternates with the menu (order immediately, not in advance), also good. Tea, coffee - only for breakfast. Good pastries and cakes. Apples, peaches, plums, watermelon. At the same time, there are many, many elderly Germans, Italians and Hungarians who sweep it all away. Enough of the Russians. There are very few Ukrainians. Contingent: elderly and very elderly interspersed with middle-aged couples and very few young people. The medical base, obviously, is not bad: we were only interested in pools and a lake. The pools are cool - and there is where to swim, and thermal, and indoor, and outdoor, and with different options for underwater massage. Instead of thermal pools, of course, it is better to hang out in the lake, it is a 7-minute descent along the steps and asphalt. The foam circle costs approx. 2000 forints.

I do not want to waste time on good reviews, as there are quite a lot of them. I'll write about what I didn't like. Host - 1000 roads, just awful (I write only about a specific hotel). When we were brought from Budapest, they left us at the hotel, since the host in the form of Katya ran somewhere and had to come running in 2 minutes, these 2 minutes stretched into 15 minutes, and considering that we were delayed for 40 minutes in Budapest, since the girl who met us from 1000 roads lost 2 passengers and could not figure out how to find out if they flew out of Russia or not, we checked in an hour later.

The doctors do not speak Russian, not English (Katya translated), the appointment took 5 minutes, the doctor asked what I wanted to treat and made a thoughtful remark that it was impossible to take so many pictures that I provided her, as it was harmful (I didn’t evenfind out how she diagnoses her patients). Naturally imposed a laser, which she did herself. I never received the 2nd doctor's appointment I paid for, but by that time I didn't care anymore, I didn't expect anything from them. They prescribed spinal traction and as it turned out later they had to explain how to do it. No one explained, as a result, for the first time I fell into the groove in which I had to hang after they attached the suspension to your neck, tore off my entire leg and was so scared that I hung on the handrails all 5 times, naturally I didn’t get any effect, as I shouldwas hanging on the neck, and the arms were stretched forward (but no one explains this). As for the hotel: the plumbing is old, the rooms are not ah, the Turkish sauna did not work, if you have gastritis, then you are guaranteed an aggravation, in addition, the attendants are dishonest - they stole 200 Euros from the room (of course, Katya did not say about the free safe at the reception, but there was no information in Russian in the issue). Representatives in the hotel were constantly changing from a thousand roads, which also left its mark, all rather rude young ladies. And the rest I liked everything: the lake is super.

The flight went smoothly, after arrival we were immediately settled in the hotel. It is a recently built large complex with a modern and convenient infrastructure, almost on the shores of Lake Heviz (it is 300-500 meters from the hotel).

It is a recently built large complex with a modern and convenient infrastructure, almost on the shores of Lake Heviz (it is 300-500 meters from the hotel). The rooms have a set typical for 4 stars: hair dryer, bathrobes, TV, free wireless internet, air conditioning, telephone. Also at the disposal of the residents there is a fitness center, sports grounds with the necessary equipment, a sauna, a solarium, hydromassage, it was possible to take bicycles for free and ride around the city. My wife and I went not only to relax, but also to receive medical treatment. The cost of our tour included consultations with doctors and the use of the main services of the medical center (the course is prescribed by a doctor).
The general atmosphere in the hotel is calm, the age of visitors (60+) affects. The food is very good, at dinner they listened to pleasant live music. Communication with the staff did not always work out (there are not as many English speakers as in traditional beach resorts; many speak German), but in case of difficulties, a person with good English was immediately invited.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. The service is excellent, a week of relaxation in full. I advise all girls to try the wine therapy program. The wine jacuzzi is amazing!
