On the first day with a late arrival at 10 p. m. , they "forgot" to cook dinner for me, even though it was pre-arranged. I remind you that the cost of one day is 120 euros. At the same time, you do not get either lunch or dinner on the first day, or breakfast on the second day. This is an indifferent attitude towards the client. Such is the policy of the hotel owner, who cares only about his own enrichment.
The concept of room cleaning does not exist here at all. For cleaning, it is necessary to hang a special sign outside the door, but they can simply ignore it.
In the hotel, they save on everything: on toiletries (only shampoo is provided, although the four must have air conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste), even on toilet paper. Tea, coffee, drinking water also forget to refill.
Towels are changed only on persistent request. Ковровое провертые is worn out, dirty, rubbed with holes, and in some places it is closed with patches. Vacuum cleaners do not perform cleaning at all. The receptionists do not speak English and do not want to solve the problems that arise.

The food in the so-called 4-star hotel is very poor and one-of-a-kind, from the cheapest products. At breakfast, guests often did not have enough food, queues of people lined up with empty plates. There were rotten products. Be careful with ham, sausages, and fresh fish!
Fruits are often unwashed, spoiled or simply inedible - you won't understand, this is a dummy or a long-forgotten element of interior decoration.
In all inclusive, the cheapest wines are available at the price of 1 euro per liter bottle. This is for those who drink everything that burns.

The hotel has a bar where they prepare crazy delicious cocktails with freshly squeezed juices and cost from 4-6 euros, but the portions are huge.
