Consider staying in a private villa, quiet location, bike rentals and plenty of bike trails. Food issue - delivery from a nearby restaurant, lunch for 1 person 8-10 euros, transfer to the sea (5 minutes drive provided by the owners)

Own beach is a rarity in Croatia. All beaches are public and free. Of course, the tourists are fooled by something "parking" in the field they invent, then they force the common beach with their sunbeds. Unless there are hotels that are relatively far from cities or on islands, where there is either no regular communication, or rare - where there are simply fewer people.
