Can you please tell me where to buy insurance in Croatia?
We want to go without the services of travel agencies. Last year I realized that it is much cheaper and more convenient (everywhere they offer dinner - it turns out that you become attached to dinner at the hotel).
Last year there were a lot of apartments for rent in private villas, but this year how? And what is the approximate price for two people in the resort of Brela, Brac? Maybe you can advise something else. Thank you in advance.

This year, the prices for Montenegro-Croatia have grown a lot (I mean villas and apartments) and what is better has already been booked since winter. Literally the other day, a friend nevertheless booked a villa at a more or less reasonable price, and the saga with tickets began. Now there are no dates, then there is no longer an economy, then online booking does not work, but by the time we got to the box office, tickets have risen in price by +700 euros for three. I had to cancel my booking. The fact that the agencies offered her did not go into any gate at all. It ended up that some agency offered her Greece, Halkidiki. A villa for three, 30 meters from the sea, turned out to be DOUBLE cheaper with a flight than they offered Croatia without a flight.
If you want advice on self-booking - start with air tickets.
You can buy insurance at any insurance agency. Just read the conditions carefully, take cover from 30,000 Euros and without a deductible.

insurance in any major insurance company. usually on the website of the embassy there is a list of insurance companies that cooperate with foreign counterparties. for example, ALLIANZ, alpha guarantor, ingo, oranta, providna, etc.

Yes, traveling to Croatia is a problem. This is the reason why we decided not to go there this year. So I confirm, start on the road...
