We are planning a holiday in Opatija at the end of July. 2 adults and 2 children 10 years old. I read on the forums that it is convenient to go on an excursion to Istria from Opatija, we really want to see the city of Rovinj, and of course the Plitvice Lakes. Since we eat with children, we don’t want to teleport on an excursion on a bus with a group.
