We rested in Opatija in early June. We went on an individual excursion to the Plitvice Lakes. The road is not tiring, less than 2 hours. We walked on the Plitvice lakes accompanied by a Russian-speaking guide who works in a Croatian tour company, who was everywhere with us. The price is normal, it came out for 4x about 200 euros. Excellent excursion from Opatija to the city of Rovinj. Travel time is about 1.5 hours, we passed through the beautiful Uchka tunnel. In Rovinj, we definitely recommend: a sightseeing tour on a boat, 1 hour costs 100 kunas per adult, of course, take a walk through the ancient narrow streets of the old town. From Opatija to Rovinj, the tour is not at all annoying, and the city is beautiful. Resting in Opatija, I definitely recommend visiting the Tyrsat castle in Rijeka.
