Drasnice Makarska Riviera Croatia
In September, we plan to spend our vacation in the village of Drasnice. Tell me, maybe, who rested here, what is the weather in September and what are the prices for food (we plan to cook with us a 3-year-old baby).

I rested in the Makarska Riviera 4 times in September, including the last days. I talked with the locals about the weather. Usually it’s always warm and sunny, very comfortable weather: the air is 25-27 C. Once the sea was cool about 19-20, everything other times 23-25. But, as a rule, in the first days of September it can rain for 3-4 days in a row. Then it's dry again.
Food prices were the same as in Ukraine. On the very shore it is usually more expensive, if you buy in shops and supermarkets where locals buy up (usually 10 minutes walk away), then it’s cheaper, especially fruits.
I haven't been to Croatia this year.

The weather on the coast of the Makarska Riviera is milder than on the islands - precisely because the islands obscure it from the open sea and strong winds like a shield. However, this summer is unusually rainy and cooler for Croatia than the previous ones. And the evenings are cool. I would recommend taking things with long sleeves
About prices for products - milk 5-7 kuna per 1 liter, juices 10-13 kuna per 1 liter, chicken meat 45-50 kuna / kg, beef 50-75 kuna / kg, eggs 13-15 kuna per dozen, tomatoes 9-15 kuna / kg, cucumbers 7-10 kuna / kg, boiled sausage 49-65 kuna / kg, raw 45-85 kuna / kg.

The exchange rate in July this year was as follows (in Split) 1E = 7.48-7.5 kuna, 1 dollar = 5.3-5.45 kuna.
My advice to you on child nutrition - if you have the opportunity to cook your own food, take some cereal with you)))) do not take meat and dairy products, import them into the EU from non-EU countries - bans due to strict sanitary requirements.

We rested in the Makarska Riviera a few years ago,
town of Podgora. The beach there was pebbles. Is it suitable for you with a child? Special slippers were sold everywhere, including for children.
