To begin with, Greece itself, in which I was for the first time, appeared not at all the way I imagined it. The service is frankly lame, the prices are simply terrible, etc. , but all this is compensated by historical monuments, Christian values and beautiful seas washing the shores of Rhodes.
So, the Filerimos hotel is located close to the airport and is located about 6-8 km (I forgot the exact figure) from the city of Rhodes. The hotel is presented by some travel agencies as 4 *, in fact it is 3 *, if not 2 *...
1. Number. They clean and change towels irregularly: with a break of 3 days, and sometimes daily (apparently, as the cleaner pleases). Towels were periodically found with a "penetrating gunshot wound", i. e. tear. The sewerage is rather weak, and therefore the water does not drain well, and the toilet bowl drain is one name... Air conditioning in the hotel FOR A PAYMENT!! ! 6 euros/day, works great and doesn't make too much noise. The refrigerator is small, it works only from the key fob (from the number key) inserted into the special. cell, when you leave the room with the key, all electricity is turned off, including the refrigerator. We disconnected the key fob from the key, and it was constantly in the cell, so the refrigerator froze around the clock, as we wanted. In the bathroom, towels hung directly over the toilet and strove to fall there all the time. There is no table in the bathroom, which personally gave me a lot of inconvenience.

2. The territory of the hotel. Big and green. Beautiful, I love it!! ! Beautiful view from the central pool. The pools are cleaned daily and thoroughly enough, but I don’t swim there at all, I think it’s unhygienic : )))
3. Nutrition. We had BB (breakfast + dinner). It makes no sense to take all inclusive when you are not going to lie like seals by the pool at the hotel. Breakfast is always the same: boiled eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, beans in tomato sauce, tea, coffee, cookies, cheese, sausage, ham, buns. For dinner, a varied cuisine and often national cuisine is served. I won’t say that everything is delicious, but from the offered range of dishes, there is always something that seems tasty to anyone. Meat and fish are served daily. From fruits - watermelons and melons. I liked all the soups!
4. Beach. Walking distance from the hotel for about 8 minutes. Large pebbles, without coral slippers it is better not to meddle! The sea is always restless, the water is muddy and never transparent in this place, but the sea is clean and warm, in a word, wonderful. On the beach, you have to pay for sun loungers and umbrellas: 6 euros for 2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella, and 3 euros for 1 sun lounger and 1 umbrella. The beach is not to say that it is dirty, but I have never seen it cleaned. There are 2 showers. The toilet is the closest one on the neighboring beach (if you are facing the sea, you need to go to the left along the coast, not reaching the flags, turn into the gate - there is someone else's hotel, but you can use the toilet - there are several of them, in different buildings, one is in a round building).
5. Animation. For the entire stay 5 times looking for animators and could not find!!! ! We wanted to ask for table tennis rackets (there is a table, but no rackets!! ! Take your own! ). Those who saw the animators said that there was no animation at all and was designed for children.

6. The hotel staff is quite friendly, communicative, they will be happy to explain everything that you do not understand. Moving into the room, we found a bunch of flaws: the wire of the telephone set was cut, there were no towels in the room, in some places there were not enough screwed-in light bulbs, and a whole lot more. Having made a list of these flaws, we turned to the reception, where we were treated with understanding and respect and eliminated all the problems within an hour.
And finally, a couple of tips:
1. If you like tea, then be sure to take a kettle or a small teapot and mugs with you, because tea is served only for breakfast, and there is no kettle in the room! Tea leaves are also better to bring from Russia.
2. Buy the cheapest souvenirs and sponges in the markets near the old city, everything is much more expensive on the islands! Olive oil can be bought in duty free (prices are the same)
3. Be sure to bring shampoo, soap and shower gel with you. The hotel does not issue these funds!! ! (They gave out a small bar of soap 1 time and that's it! ). And to buy these funds in Greece is to overpay 2 times!
Thanks for reading such a long review! If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them and I can give you some advice on how and what you can save money on in Greece!
Sincerely, Asya
