When booking the tour, they bought the most expensive room that they had apartaments 2-4pax), The note in the voucher was: renovated (!!! ) room and a joint matrimonial bed! I want to note that the tour operator always makes such notes in the voucher (we have vip status in Tez Tour) and they have always been fulfilled. Upon arrival, we were settled in a shabby old, dark room with a lamp TV, a view of the trash and a laundry room, with two small twin beds. We were changed three times to apartments 2-4 and a family room. . same. At night they called the Tez Tour hotline, in the morning the hotel guide of the teztour tour operator arrived, he already knew about our problem, but he couldn’t get the number as they sell in the photo - the hotel manager couldn’t understand what we want, we had to force him to go to the site when they showed the photo - we were told such rooms as in the photo do not exist in principle !! ! As a result, out of hopelessness, we settled in a regular room, which is much cheaper than the one for which we paid money! Naturally, no one was going to return the money to us, we understood this and asked at least for the difference in price to change the HB concept to All for us, to which we were told that they did not take 30 euros from us for changing the number ! ! And it doesn't matter that we changed the number to an order of magnitude lower! The green territory of the hotel seems to be a plus, but they don’t follow it! All living creatures crawl into the rooms, insects are teeming: either ants or mosquitoes! After the first night we were bitten by mosquitoes. On the second day, I had to buy a mosquito repellent myself, because the maintenance staff does not do this. The food is terrible: we were from 30-05-2017 to 05-06-2017. The first three days the meat once. Drinks, wine, beer - everything is heavily diluted. This winter we were in 4 * in Egypt (expected the worst) - even in Egyptian empty hotels, food and rooms were better. Compared to Spain 4 * (there were last year), this hotel is not 4 *. What can I say if after half an hour from the start of breakfast or dinner, even fresh bread ends. Pastries, fruits - two or three trays - it feels like they brought leftovers from some normal 5 * neighboring hotel. The crown of our horror was that on the last day before departure, walking around the territory, we accidentally saw the room as in the photo! These were standard (! ) rooms of the 7th building! And not all of them were populated!! ! Why we were not settled in them In a word: get ready for 3 *, take the simplest room and maybe you will be lucky to get into building 7 (the last photo through the window of the new room is a plasma TV, freshly renovated, even a mattress in cellophane)
