Rhodes is small and very picturesque, there is something to see. You can drive around the island by car, renting at a hotel from 25 euros per day. You can take the bus to the bus stop from the hotel to go ten minutes.
We took group tours of Old and New Rhodes and a mini-tour of the Orthodox mysteries of Rhodes. I liked it very much, no regrets. Now for the hotel. We were very worried about the beach, we read negative reviews before the trip. The beach is great! A minute from the sea, a little away from the hotel - white sand and no stones, shallow, like a cove, ideal for children. All umbrellas and sun loungers are free, but it is better to borrow them in the morning. Beach towels are also free, change as many as you want as needed. Our room was not very large, without a balcony but with its own terrace on the first floor overlooking the pool. My husband took a dip in the morning, we did not use the pool. The furniture is pretty decent, everything is clean, refrigerator, plasma TV, a lot of our channels, a very spacious bath, new plumbing and a good hair dryer. Cleaned daily, linen was changed every other day. In my opinion, they cleaned very well, sometimes we left a tip of 1 euro. on the terrace there is a table and chairs, you can sit in the evening with a glass and fruit.
Of the main advantages of the hotel are food and service. We fed just for slaughter, fruits of all kinds and peaches and watermelons, melons, kiwis, oranges, grapes, apples and others. A large selection of meat - turkey, lamb, beef, fish, chicken. Everything is very tasty. For lunch, there are always delicious soups, ten kinds of salads and a lot of greens and vegetables. Big respect to the chef!
Twice went to a la carte restaurants in Greek and Italian. I liked Greek. The hotel has a spa, but massages and body wraps are chargeable. There is also a clean indoor pool. There is a good room with exercise equipment, but this is not our topic)). The animation is not bad, there is a kids club, every day a warm-up and water aerobics. Show in the evening.
We give the hotel a solid five, the only room you need to take is more. but we were almost never there, only slept, so there was no particular inconvenience.

Good hotel. I really liked it. We stayed there on May 11.2016. There is a new director. Stones are removed from the beach. But besides this beach there is also a nice sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Everything is free. The rooms are always clean. The restaurant is also clean. The food in the dining room is smelly, the child does not eat it, and other couples with children also complained about this (this is what a refrigerator and store-bought children's food are for), plates and glasses are dirty, there are not enough forks. The drains by the pool (these are such plastic gratings around the perimeter of the tank) are broken, a child can break his legs when entering and exiting the pool, with me adults fell into them twice (bypassing caring parents who control the kids) and scratched the shin (get ready to watch the child every second). Beer is almost non-alcoholic (1 or 1.5 degrees), wine is disgusting, yupi (supposedly juice) - pluck out your eyes. At night, get ready to crush ants on you (they are just the sea, the floor moves), some other small midge bites very hard, but there were a couple of nights out of ten (I don’t know what it is connected with, maybe with humidity). Initially, they settled in a room without an air conditioner (temperature 37 degrees), I had to swear because they said that there were no other rooms, they also fought with the replacement of the refrigerator, but they did not achieve it. The staff did not care at all, they only asked how much we had left to rest. Very disappointed with the holiday. We had been planning a trip to Greece since January, but I left the "Labyrinth", I had to look for something quickly, so I ran into it (I didn't have time to read the reviews). I do not advise this hotel to anyone, it is better to find 3 stars for this money, I am sure that it will be better there.
