The hotel is very conveniently located, in the very center of Rethymnon, you can go to a tavern or a cozy cafe and drink cold coffee, which is generally drunk by all Greeks. The rooms are clean and modern furnished. Close to the beach, literally 7-10 minutes. The beach is huge and sandy. Sunbeds, umbrellas for an additional fee, but you can buy yourself such a rug inexpensively and put your towel on it, and you don’t have to spend money on sunbeds every day. The food at the hotel is very good, the choice is not very large of course, but everything is delicious. Everyone who do not need large hotels of good quality, they want not to be tied to the hotel, take this hotel, you will not lose.

Kriti Beach has already become a 4 star - apparently just recently a renovation was carried out, and it is felt. Everything is very clean and tidy. We got a room on the usual, apparently another 3-star floor (on the 3rd), but it was quite decent, the compatriots who still paid extra for the "sea view" in the travel agency were moved from the 3rd to the 4th floor and there it was completely everything is very modern.

Near each room there is a control panel - a bell, a signal asking you to clean the room, a "do not disturb" signal, and some other (I don't remember). We have just an ordinary piece of paper on the door "do not disturb" : -) Of course, the difference in the rooms was felt - on the 4th floor everything is new, furniture, plumbing, a wardrobe with some kind of ion illumination. On ours, the 3rd is simpler, but everything is clean and also quite modern. Each room has flat-screen TVs. There is a Russian channel

The pool in front of the hotel is small, clean, with a couple of sunbeds around it. But 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel - the sea!! ! What a pool at the hotel!
The sea is clean, and if algae floats, they are immediately removed. The coast and the beach are sandy. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid - 9 euros for 2 sunbeds plus an umbrella. We sunbathed and so on sunbeds, and on the sand, on the sand, of course, it’s cheap, but somehow it’s not at all comfortable - you lie all in it as a result, step on it during the day - you burn your heels - it gets very warm.
The hotel can take a towel for the beach leaving a deposit of 5 euros.
More about the hotel - there is a fitness center with a swimming pool - in the fitness center - a treadmill, a step machine, an exercise bike and a power plant to work out all muscle groups. Near the pool, in the corner of which is a jacuzzi, and from the other corner a pipe for massage (like our Charcot shower). There is a sauna, but it's for the money - like 7 euros. In the same fitness center there are 2 changing rooms and a shower. Plus, you can take towels there.
The hotel has free Wi-Fi.

The room was cleaned every day, only for some reason they do not have to put shampoo and toothpaste, despite 4 stars???!! ! We were also surprised by the lack of an iron!! ! But this did not affect the overall impressions of the hotel and the rest! Yes, the same food was served for breakfast, but cooked wonderfully, the choice was wide enough that you could rotate it every day! Feel free to stay at this hotel and feel the atmosphere of goodwill and individual attention!

Near a supermarket with drinks and fresh fruit, cafes and eateries. A 15-minute walk is the historic center of the city - in fact, a lot of shops with local goods, even walk every evening! There are also nightclubs. A 10-minute walk to a bus stop, from where you can easily get to another city - take a walk, ventilate. You can walk in 40-50 minutes to the ancient fortress - a local landmark.
We were given a room that we didn't even expect. . . a huge, spacious, huge balcony, a huge bathroom. Service 5+, cleaned every day, quiet and clean. the staff is excellent, responsive, contact. The refrigerator turned blue within 10 minutes, and the spilled siakan was not included in the bill. Free wifi is constantly available, the speed is normal! The only thing that was a little disappointing was the not very varied food, at the end of the holiday it was already hard.
All in all, I really recommend it to everyone!

On the beach, unlike other beaches in Greece, there are no blacks with stolen bags or Chinese with unwashed hands offering massages. The sea is clean and swimming is worth it from dusk to dawn. The hotel staff are helpful, friendly and helpful. They speak English quite well. The food is very good. There were a lot of things. Fruits, a lot of vegetables, for meat lovers at dinner 5-6 types. The only minus is the coffee at breakfast is not very good, but what croissants! There was a very fat grandmother from Moscow and she stole eggs and bread in large quantities and put them in a dressing gown and a bag, and the family of some native of one of the southern republics who calls himself a citizen Russia, behaved disgustingly in the restaurant. The room was small to impossibility, there was no entertainment at all in the hotel, although when we bought the tour we were told that there was animation and Cretan evenings, but alas !! ! there was no animation at all, and Cretan evenings cannot be called such at all !! ! The food is monotonous, and breakfast is generally only eggs and croissants is a nightmare ! ! and it had to be eaten 12 days by the end of the holiday, I thought I was crowing !! !
